Book your next group class session on our application. The app lists all classes 15 days in advance and you can book your spot in the class up to 72 hours before the class starts. Don't hesitate to speak to the staff at the gym if you have any questions.

Indoor Cycling

CYCLING PULSE

CYCLING PULSE is cycling along with dancing. Normally, when we ride a bicycle, we use only the lower part of the body or legs to ride. But with Cycling Pulse, we both ride and bend and tilt to the rhythm of the music by using our arms to make a push-up motion while our legs also spin. By sitting alone, standing alone, and spinning with your hands free or holding a bicycle's handlebars.

K-POP DANCING is a cardio exercise class that uses super fun and catchy K-Pop music to make you sweat with joy. Majority of the dance moves are quite easy to follow, but there are some challenging moves as well! If you do well in this class, you will definitely have the chance for debut!
