Just a few steps away from BTS Nana Station, our 3-storey gym is conveniently located on the main Sukhumvit road surrounded by a bustling city environment - days and nights.

This gym offers a cardio area, strength areas, which are equipped with an extensive range of modern strength training machines and free weight equipment, and a stretching area.

We offer group training classes from Les Mills and Zumba, which are loved around the world, along with our super fun Fitness24Seven's concept group training classes formulated to help you become stronger and healthier. Vibrant dancing classes are also available at this location. As always, everything is already included in your membership. Personal training is also available at this location (packages are sold separately).

What to expect from us

Whether you want to get your heart pumping, some muscles soaring, or your body recovered, you can do it all 24/7 here!

  • Exercising is fun, but exercising together is even more fun. Feel the music and unleash your energy together with our sensational instructors. We offer a wide array of group training classes including many classes from Les Mills, Zumba, Yoga, our own-concept classes, dancing classes, and much more for you to explore! Simply book the class in advance on our application to secure your spot.

  • Expand the horizon of working out in a safe & effective way with our certified PTs. No matter what your goals are, they can lead you to achieve those goals with fun and joy! Our PTs are well-trained and able to put together a personal training program developed just for you. A variety of packages are available for purchase ranging from 1 to 100 sessions. Break out of the boredom and challenge yourself. Your body will thank you for that.

  • Get your heart beating a little faster then feel the speed and the warmth from your core. Run on the treadmill, climb the endless stairs, walk on the cross trainer, or why not test the rowing machine? No matter what pace you are looking for, there is always equipment that is just right for you.

  • Light and small to big and heavy, we offer all types of free-weight equipment. From kettlebells to dumbbells and barbells. Use as many of the weights to train what you feel for. Only the imagination sets limits to what you can become!

  • Challenge your muscles and make them sore! We have a large selection of modern strength machines for most muscle groups. Exercise your biceps, triceps, and much more. You're welcome to sweat here because it means that it's a good workout! Feel free to leave the machines clean and nice to the next person. Don't forget to rehydrate too.

  • Give your body some time for the recovery that it needs. This area is for stretching and unwinding yourself physically and mentally. Get down on the yoga mat and stretch your muscles to maintain and gain flexibility. Relax and find your way back to calmness with the help of various tools such as Pilates balls and rubber bands.

  • In need of a fast charge for your body for your coming workout or anything that comes next? Our smart vending machines have anything that you need, no matter when you need it. Buy a drink, get a shake, or maybe a bar. Payment is easy and convenient with various options including cash, QR Code or e-payment platforms.

  • The training starts and ends here. Change into your workout gear in peace and get ready for today's challenges. Of course, there are also lockers for your personal belongings along with shower rooms with heated water and hairdryers.

  • A good workout should make you sweat, but do not forget to rehydrate. The water stations are conveniently located around the gym. They are the places to quench your thirst with refreshingly clean and cold water.

  • Never miss your favourite tracks or favourite show when you work out and keep yourself updated with the rest of the world 24/7 with our free Wi-Fi service.

  • Will the training sessions get better with new stuff? Maybe yes, maybe not, but we promise it will be much more fun! At our reception area, you can shop many of our exclusively designed merchandise such as gym bags, shakers, or water bottles. We guarantee stylish workout sessions with those items.

OUR PERSONAL TRAINERS

All of our PTs are certified and capable of helping you lose body fat and gain muscle strength through careful planning of training schedules and nutrition guidelines. Moreover, each PT has more specialities and fitness interests. We encourage you to contact our branch staff to book your consultation session with our PTs. All new members can get a consultation + 3 sessions of training with PT for only THB 2,000.
