FAQ – Special Promotion

Who can join?
New members and ex-members who have cancelled their membership for at least 90 days.

How much do I pay upfront?
Members are required to pay the membership fee for the sign-up month on the joining date. If joining in January, the membership fee for the following month will also be charged.

What happens after the promotion?
You will be automatically charged the regular monthly membership fee of THB 1,299/month once the special price period ends, unless you request to change or cancel your plan.

When can I change my membership plan?
Requests to change membership type can be made between 1 - 23 April 2026 and will take effect in the following month.

Can I cancel my membership during the promotion period?
This promotion plan must remain active until the end of April 2026.
Any request to cancel, change, or freeze the membership will only take effect after this date.

Can I freeze, change, or cancel my plan?
This membership plan must stay active until April 31, 2026. Requests to freeze, change, or cancel made before this date will take effect after November.

Can this be combined with other offers?
No, this promotion cannot be combined with other discounts.

Until when can I sign up?
This promotion is valid from 16 January – 15 February 2026.
